Hey Guys/Gals;
I updated the spreadsheet with the 16 submissions that I had. Still missing 8 people. We might regain one or two more, but we'll have to see tomorrow. Right now, we are at 16 however I left the remaining people on the sheet to give them a chance to get back on tomorrow. If they don't submit I will remove them so the stats are accurate.
With them removed, we got some new people in the runnings. I will post graph/new stat sheet tomorrow when/if any of the other results are in.
Going to open up the new competition for January-March tomorrow also. Will post link in this thread so you don't have to go searching through the main forum.'

Thanks for hosting these, Krete. I don't think I'll be in the next one but I'm reserving the right to drop in and congratulate people on their successes from time to time. I'm giving myself a medal of honor for breaking everyone's fall in the last two comps...
Congrats to everyone in here who dropped a significant amount of weight in just three months!start where you are

How's everyone doing with the end of the year holidays all around? I'd love to finish strong, but I've gotta say this has been my worst week of cutting since I started back at the end of summer. I've just had 4 days in a row of drinks, desserts, drinks, big meals...and more drinks. I've had nothing but a great time, and I feel like I'd be going overboard if I couldn't enjoy myself on special occasions because of a dietary restrictions. That being said, putting on 5 lbs in 4 days isn't the best feeling.
I hope you're all finishing 2012 the way you want to, whether it's PSMFing for the last few days to drop every last ounce of fat before NYE, or bingeing on pie and scotch because you've earned it, or anywhere in between.
And yes, I'm considering spending the last 4 days of the year on a PSMF or a legendary pie/scotch binge...have not made up my mind.Last edited by deebee83; 12-27-2012 at 08:16 AM. Reason: clarity

Somehow, I was able to keep my indulging to just Christmas night's dessert. I may have been a bit over maintenance on Christmas day, but I'm still in a deficit overall for the week for sure.
Edit: DeeBee...don't do it man. It's so easy to over indulge and set yourself weeks back in just a couple days of bingeing. Enjoy what you have already enjoyed and continue so, if you want in moderation, but don't go crazy.

Biggest weight swings in a week I've ever seen. Hi there, water weight.
Last Sunday: 180
Day after Christmas: 187
Today: 179
Thought for sure that +1 would be best case scenario for me this week, came in -1.
Now I'm going to start creatine. Should be interesting to see what my weight does in week 1 of the next comp.
Congrats to everyone who stuck with this until the end!
