I've never had that kind of direct exposure, but there's been a time or two where I was real tight on the hammies, especially on the inner thigh near the groin and some ball/thigh contact occurred after putting on some IcyHot or BioFreeze. Jesus, what crippling pain.

bummer about the glutes. plus side awesome job getting a front squat pr somehow. i need to attempt a pr here soon, last one i got was 3 plates. actually just need to add fronts back into my routine in general.tried to watch the video but kept getting....
