For those that don't know Ben's new workout program just launched and for the first month you can name your own price and cancel later since the monthly fee is like $90. What I did was send $10 for the first month and will most likely cancel and by ordering today got a free 3 hour seminar that Ben offered for first day purchase. Just seemed like a good deal to me, first month and a seminar for $10

He has a lot of haters because he is an aggressive marketer.
I don't agree with Vince on everything, but most of the people who buy his programs are happy with their investment.
The MI40 and Hypertrophy MAX workouts were designed by Ben (as another poster mentioned). These are both more appropriate for intermediate/advanced lifters.

Absolutely. I've been following it for about 10 days now and swear I've seen more changes in my body in those 10 days than the last year. I wish that dbag would keep his mouth shut and let Ben explain everything like the other guys in the video instead of interrupt every 20 seconds with some dumb question he knows the answer to.

Big time. Focusing on the muscle, keeping tension on it at ALL times (not as easy as it sounds). Learning to to really get the full ROM for a muscle. Biceps for example at the bottom stretched position, the bicep is fully stretched with tricep is flexed, so at the bottom start with tricep flexed then curl.
there are tons of little things. I cannot give away too much in respect of Ben. He worked very hard laying this out. It is only like $70 for a wealth of knowledge
I guess we will see how much I gain in the next 5.5 weeks. as of right now I am too sore to even moveType 1 Diabetic - Since age 15

Yeah Vince is definitely in there to cater towards the guys looking to achieve fitness model physiques and for marketing purposes. But in terms of the programs they're entirely Ben with what he has learned from Charles Poliquin. He actually knows the proper biomechanics for each muscle group which is what I found to be the greatest benefit from the videos is being able to apply techniques and know where muscles are fully lengthened/shortened.

It stand for Mass Intentions 40. 40 second sets, 40 seconds rest, 40 min workouts, 40 days
benpakulski.com/MI40
Completely different way of training than I am used to. I like it, it is more science backed, Ben having his degree in kinesiology knows how a lift should be executed, not some broscience stuff like curl your pinky up on curls for big biceps.
Well worth the $70.Type 1 Diabetic - Since age 15

Here's my review of MI40. It's been the most popular intermediate/advanced bodybuilding program on my blogs as far as sales go.
Just pay close attention to what I say about the upsells. It's fine if you want to buy them but not necessary.

doe's anyone wonder, with all the different training programs why pros pretty much all look the same but it is only genetics that determine which body parts are better developed than the next guy? Training programs are such a load of chit imo. Do you think some supplement and training program will get you any better results than the next one? I would pay for an honest account of the hormones they use and it what exact doses rather than some bs pumped up training 'system'. Change your training when you start to plateau and try to find the exercises that you feel the most and think are the most beneficial to you personally.... There you go, now how do I market that?

Any cookie cutter, generic program that isn't personalized and followed up on a regular basis is just not worth paying for. Go read about DC training principles for free (what Dave Henry and Dusty Hanshaw uses - personalized to their needs of course), watch training videos, read articles by Layne Norton to get some ideas. But learn what works for your own body.
I've tried a lot of things, and the only rules I have now are - 50-60 reps total for every workout. Reps for each set anything from 2 to 15. Exercises... variety. I never do the exact same workout. And of course - proper form. Feel the muscle work.. but also throw in some intense heavy ass sets from time to time. Progression in measurements, reps, or weight. Have fun in the gym and you'll stay consistent. Stay consistent and you'll get results over time.
You don't need to always get stronger to get bigger. And you don't always get bigger if you get stronger. Take measurements. Not growing? Maybe you need to eat more. How's your sleep? Resting enough? Resting too much? Are you honestly challenging yourself every set intensity wise?
Just be honest with yourself and look at things from a logical perspective and you'll grow.
