Question about BIG MAN ON CAMPUS routine?!?!

I completed chest day the other day and by the time I got to bench which I believe is about 4 lifts in I could barley do 165 15x when I usually do about 255 x 10.
Is this correct? I figured it would be since, incline db press, incline db flyes, flat db flyes, and dips come before the bench portion? Obviously I'm not going to be able to do very much?

    Thanks in advance.
    Bench Press: 205x5[x] 210x5[x] 215x5[x] 220x5[x] 225 x 5[x] 230x5 []

^^Scratched the 5x5 program. Lifting BP 255 x 10, do not know max as I could care less.

Are you taking adequate rest time between sets?
    No brain, no gain.

    Says 30-90 seconds, so yes....
I've never trained in the 12 rage if that makes a difference? I went to lift my normal weight x 10 and almost dropped it on my face.

Ninety seconds is probably not enough recovery time; thirty seconds certainly isn't.

Bodybuilding training shouldn't be based on the clock. Take longer between sets so that you'll be rested enought to be able to lift maximum weight for maximum reps on each succeeding set.

When I go tonight I'll take longer rests and see how it pans out..

    The plan is something like
    Incline DB bench press 3 x 12
    Incline DB Fly 3 x 12
    Flat Bench DB Fly 3 x 12
Dips 3 sets to failure so like 3 x 15
    Than close grip BP 3 x 12

    So much volume
