I completed chest day the other day and by the time I got to bench which I believe is about 4 lifts in I could barley do 165 15x when I usually do about 255 x 10.
Is this correct? I figured it would be since, incline db press, incline db flyes, flat db flyes, and dips come before the bench portion? Obviously I'm not going to be able to do very much?
Thanks in advance.

Ninety seconds is probably not enough recovery time; thirty seconds certainly isn't.
Bodybuilding training shouldn't be based on the clock. Take longer between sets so that you'll be rested enought to be able to lift maximum weight for maximum reps on each succeeding set.No brain, no gain.
