I have been thinking about buying some animal pump to give me more energy in the gym. Does animal pump contain enough creatine or would I need to supplement it with another creatine? My main concern is the animal pump working with my other supplements. I use ON gold standard whey pre workout and post workout I make a drink with ON "any whey" and twin labs ultra fuel. Will the animal pump be ok with these?

Animal Pump contains enough creatine.
The only thing I take with it is Torrent, Animal Pak and some Xtend.

yes take it on off days.
it can be compared to green bulge in terms of creatine
