Got kicked out of the Gym today

i was doing dumbbell bench with 100lbs, the chinese owner of the gym sees me throwing down the weight and starts screaming at me. i couldnt understand what he was saying so i continued with my workout and again dropped the dumbbells. the owner then comes to me and asks for my gym pass and tells me to leave.

i told him to phuck off and left the gym.

he doesnt know me and i didnt give him my gym pass so maybe i could still come back to the same gym when he isnt there?

moron, when i dumbbell press 45 or 50kg, i am no way in hell going to put them down slowly and carefully... once i reach my last rep i try and bring them close to the floor then drop.

no way am i going to rip my arms off to make other people happy.

If so, you really didn`t handle it correctly, and should think about that, but anyway:

Just go again next time, and if he`s there, talk to him, say it was a misunderstanding.

You have to stop dropping the dumbells though, and realize it`s their gym, same as you don`t rent an apartment and start playing DDR at 12 O`Clock on a weeknight, or practice guitar in the wee hours of the morning, you have to realize that you are renting the use of someones space, and you have to follow their rules, as well as have some care for the property, surroundings, and your peers.

Why don't you just sit up and set them on your knees like a regular person? Even with 100s after going to failure it isn't that hard, unless your on a decline bench.
