    Soccer goalie/weightlifting

Hey guys. I lost 60lbs in the last year o so currently weighing In at 155. I'm a goalie for soccer and I've been lifting. I don't really want to get "big" because as
A keeper I don't need that. I also play ice
Hockey goalie so it's useless. I have some loose skin and would like to tighten it and the only way possible seems lifting... Is there anyway I can lift and just fill my loose skin up and not get too big? ( any routines to lift, and then do conditioning or cardio so I don't get bulky ) I'm eating my Maintanence calories everyday.

Hypertrophic training, and endurance training together? I personally have no clue of a good routine of such mixture, though.

P.S http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kris...ner-intro.html <--- Give this a try. I believe he incorporates both of the routines I mentioned.

As a goalie you need a good vertical, am I right?
There are various plyometric exercise programs out there that are great for increasing you vert (jump manual, air alert etc).
Some basic strength is never wrong as well, squats, bench press and deadlifts are great exercises for most athletes.

Yeah you're right, I'm just asking in regards to lifting wise. The jumping (vertical, etc) I hve it down, I just don't wanna get big, more of a lean is what I'm looking for.... And to stay in shape
