Thumbs up carbs for post-workout in fat loss

Hi bodybuilders, i want you to tell a couple of simply carbs i can take after my training.
I usually take 30 gummy bears, but it's f***ing expensive.

And a quick question, if take my post-workout at 21.00 hours (BCAA's, carbs and proten), should i eat for dinner (22.00) more carbs?
And the last question, what sup is better for my goal: the both are from Optimum Nutrition, the gold standart 100%WHEY or the HYDROWHEY?

    Thank you very much.
    Regards from Spain!

You need to hit up the nutrition section and start learning. Gummy bears after a workout are not even needed. What matters is hitting your macros at the end of the day. That's hitting your protein, carbs & fat intake for the day. It sounds like you have been reading to many muscle mags and listening to that bro science BS in the gym.

Simple carbs are not needed to restore empty glycogen levels or whatever reason you heard you need simple carbs post workout. Simply eat the macronutrients you need in a day whenever you want.

This^^^^ and your obviously shopping for gummi bears in the wrong place, they're like a buck or two at most.

I have read the nutrition section many times. Obiously i do not know so much as you... I'm only 17
And i though that gummy bears (FAST ACTING CARB) is a good idea after training to avoid catabolicism and re reload the empty energy levels (and this is why we avoid catabolicism).

And why have you told me that gummy bears - fast acting carb - are not necessary after a hard workout? Do you want that I loose my hard gained muscle in the bulking phase?

*And i don't shop gummy bears in the wrong place, the fact is that in Spain and Europe they cost more o less 2€, and you have 150 gr of gummy-bears, and each post-workout carb meal takes 30 gummy-bears (69,2 grams of gummys) so for 2€ we can have only 2 post-workout carb meals.
    AND THIS IS FU**ING EXPENSIVE!

What other alternatives do i have?

dextrose and maltodextrin are cheap - if you want a "fast-acting" and cheap carb post-workout, use them
