    Need a Fruit flavored Protein powder recommendation

    Can any recommend a fruit flavored /brand product I can use as a alternative protein source rather than protein powders mixed w/ milk?

    nectar tastes great, tho syntrax is hated by just about everyone on the boards...

    depending on what type of protein you want, ultra peptide 2.0 strawberry and banana cream are amazing but more of a meal replacement that just a whey shake.

    Why is Syntrax hated? I read about it a bit yesterday and reviews said it tastes great, no sugar, no fat, no carbs, sounds good?
    If anyone likes Nectar can you advise on best tasting flavors?

    *I was looking for something in whey w/ fruit
    flavor mixed with water or juice to get more shredded

    I don't know about whey getting you more shredded, but it can help keep your diet in check for sure. Syntrax developed a product which caused liver failure in many individuals that used it. They are also suing board members and people who were harmed by the product. So personally after hearing all of that, I choose (as well as many others) to take my business elsewhere. You can also purchase bulk flavoring and add it to plain whey for variety if you like.

    Thanks, I didnt know about that. I will steer clear of that syntrax product.

    I have lost 27lbs so far lifting, eating improved diet and cardio, I was looking for a whey product that was low carb, low sugar

    What do you guys think of Optimum Nutrition Whey Gold in Tropical Punch flavor?

    Good..no liver probs?

    It was a fat burner thats been off the market for some time. A quick search should give you tons of info about the whole situation.
