    yeah form was chit today. felt really stiff and tight. hammies especially. but the gym has been fuking freezing. 63 degrees. hard for me to workout in chit like that i need to be hot

    I think OHP is one of the most overrated exercises btw. Given hypertrophy is the goal

    *edit: Not that impressed with Dan Green's lift tbh. So much hyperextension of the lumbar ouch. I would rather see him rep out 225 like butter with perfect form
