What do you guys think of this workout for fatloss or should i stick with mine:
Day 1- Full body workout(dumbells, situps etc):
5mns Tread mill jog ( Warm Up)
Push Ups ( 3sets, 10reps)= 30
Side Bend[Dbls] (4sets, 10 reps)=40
Biceps Curl (Dumbbells) - Standing; Alternated ( 4sets, 13 Reps)=52
Bicept Curl( Hammer) (2sets, 6-8reps)=12
Tricept Extention ( 3 sets, 13 reps)=39
Calf Rise( 2sets, 5 reps)=10
Forearms ( Hand squeeze) ( 2sets, 8reps)=16
Squats ( 3sets, 7reps)=21
1minute Break Per Set.
Total Sets: 23
Total Reps: 220
Day 2- Cardio (Treadmill Skipping Ropes)
20 minutes treadmill
Day 3- Rest
Day 4- Full body workout(dumbells,situps etc)
Day 5- rest
Day 6- Full body workout(dumbells,situps etc)
