    storm showed me how to do stacked rows. only difference is i use a tripod stance


    strap into a DB, then put the other one across the top in front of your wrist like in the pic
    (i usually wrap my wrist with a towel because the grip will cut into your wrist)

    I tried it with just one on the back but it felt really unbalanced, so I just did it with two and it felt much better.

    405 is ok. Still not that happy with it.
