Okay ladies and me few gents. I have been less loyal to my journal and fellow jounal mates these last couple weeks, and feel really bad. Here is what I have decided. I am coasting diet wise until bikini season preparation eh february me thinks. Until then I am only going to post PR's/ lifting vids and progress pics so I can spend what little time I do have supporting my peeps (you all) Once the big cutting extravaganza begins again I'll get back to logging foods and training until then you can bet booms will still be givin it her all.


So today nothing snazzy I have got a following at the gym not sure how I feel about that. One was a friend from work that I was showing the ropes completely happy about the other a tag along that literally stalks me. Oh well hasn't gotten too inconvenient yet. I don't mind helping people as long as they're helpable.

Thanks MM! Sorry I've been so busy with the new job! My mom's a jerk and I am the oldest of 5 plus have my kid and my husbands still a kid lol... My oldest bro bruddah boomz lives with us and just got into his transition nursing school. So we were doing alot of prepping for that. The other siblings are over usually 2 nights a week and every weekend. So naturally I attend all their school functions and try to be as involved as possible while still "minding my own business"

Today the inlaws went to see a play so no sitter for the baby so I came home and cooked spicy meatball marinara spaghetti. OH yum! Then got a wild hair and went took max(my dog) to go run oh I'd say 15 min after (why do I do this to myself) First time running since tough mudder. He always slows me down because he wants to attack every dog that barks so it's a constant tugging of the leash. Any who enough excuses
