40 rep strip set starting at 265 going down to 185

Leg extension
+ 5x18---- Weight varies depending on my squats
Leg curl
****NO MORE SUPETSETS****
Leg press 3x5@500---- Some leg day more but never less
DB lunges 255 yards@ 120 LBS
Squat 1x30@115
BOOM BOOM POW!!!
Thursday mornings suck!!!!!!!!!!!

Mine right now for mass week is:
(Quads)
Front Squat 4 - 6,6,6,6 (135lb.)
Leg Extension 3 - 6,6,6 (175lb.)
Leg Press 4 - 6,6,6,6 (630lb.)
Leg Extension 2 - 20,20 (65lb.)
(Hams)
Romanian Deadlift 4 - 6,6,6,6 (215lb.)
Seated Leg Curl 4 - 6,6,6,6 (115lb.)
Lying Leg Curl 4 - 6,6,6,6 (130lb.)
(Calves)
Standing Calf Raise 4 - 6,6,6,6 (135lb.)
Leg Press Calf Raise 4 - 6,6,6,6 (225lb.)
Standing One-Leg Calf Raise 2 - 20,20 (75lb.)
By the end of my calf exercises, I can barely even stand and walk out the gym. And when I get home, I have to take a p*ss like a girl. Lol.

Warmup with stairmaster(toughest setting...5 minutes.)
Leg extension(5 sets...250-300 pounds)
Leg curls(5 sets...IDK poundage)
Lying leg curls(5 sets)
Calr Raises(3 sets...16-20 reps)
LP(4 sets...probably over 500 pounds each set...90 pound increase every set)
Hack Squats(3 sets)
And I squatted 225 pounds till i could not continue. 4 full sets to failure...(Reppage wasnt counted...but i can say that it was incoherently painful)

And three days later...I still fear steps.

Squats 10x10 superset with Leg Extensions for 6x10 and SLDLs 4x8 supersetted with Leg Curls 4x10 --- Legs failed me for about 2.5 weeks but it helped bust my plateau
Fav 3 lifts: Close grip bench, Squats, and Deadlifts
bench: 225 (10/9/2010)
squat: 325 (may2010)
deadlift 275x5 (april2010)
goal: to be razor sharp cut while being as strong as possible
WHEN I START BACK LIFTING IM COMING BACK ---> FULL FORCE
