OK guys. We all know this site is filled with people who post flattering pictures of themselves but then a look through their profiles will show no leg shots. Or the guy with all the shots from the rear, but never one showing the midsection. You get the idea.
This thread is the exact OPPOSITE. In it, I want people to call attention to their worst parts (post a pic if you like), and say what you hope to improve, and how you plan to do it. It is all about accountability.
2013 will be a great year! What are you going to do with it?!

I'll start. It is no secret what my worst bodypart is. I make no attempts to hide them....yes my calves.
I took these tonight. A whopping 15 1/2". Seeing as ideal would match my arms....well, I have a way to go! I think they have good shape and definition, just are small. While I dont think they will ever be my best part, I really think I can improve them.
OK....2013 goal. Hit 16"....maybe 16 1/4!
How I am going to do it:
I am going to work them 2 times a week with various movements. One focusing on facial stretching and one leg assisted negatives the other on raw power.
We shall see....
Post up guys...what do you plan to do for your worst parts?Last edited by induced_drag; 02-12-2013 at 05:16 PM.

A quick look at my avi reveals my 'problem area'. Actually if I wasn't embarrassed to show my face attached to this I'd have circled my brain, because I know it's my nutrition which has dug me the hole I'm in.
To fix it this year I'm tracking all my calories in FitDay, starting a workout journal on here, and am going to take photos and weigh every two weeks and use that to evaluate what I'm doing diet-wise in FitDay.
And also...I won't forget to lift weights this year.

I have many to chose from but limiting it to one would have to be my midsection, particularly the love-handles. The plan: continue to maintain my nutrition plan and workout with intensity. Unfortunately, I'll probably wind up with an excess skin problem in which case I'll have to choose from a little love handle and excess skin. Once I get thin enough I'll have to see which scenario bothers me the most.

Everything needs improving so I'm going to say I'd like to hit a solid and consistent 230Lbs at roughly the same bodyfat that I am today at 218Lbs.
10-12Lbs of lean mass in a year, is it doable I don't know but I'll be working, eating and resting my ass off to see if I can do it.Instagram - @dazlittle123

You're right, I have a high insertion point giving me a decent peak. That's probably why I get away with having 16" arms on a 6'1" frame. Thanks Bill
Yeah, notice in my original post, I didn't specify bicep or tricep. My biceps are decent and have a good peak; I have thought my biggest shortfall is the tricep....just like in my legs, my hamstrings (leg biceps) are the lag group. But truely, I need overall arm mass to be symmetrical. Maybe one day. Right now I'm having too much fun powerlifting to give a rats ass about my arm size. I have found it's useless to worry about it.....the minute I throw volume or intensity to upper arm isolation work, I get frickin tendonitis.
