Okay when I first started to work out I was 6'0 about 140 lbs. Noob gains got me at 165 lbs about a year ago. Then I started to stay the same weight. I was at 169-172 for about 10 months. I've lost 9 lbs in 2-3 weeks because I can't afford to eat. I also got laid off the other day, so basically Im living on PB sandwiches and processed foods. I also can't cook anything at all, I'm terrible at making whole meals.
Serious help please.

Oats, PB, eggs and milk
All are absolutely dirt cheap.
12 eggs = 900 calories, 84g protein for 1dollar (prices are listed for the store I shop at)
3c oats= 900 calories, 30g protein (cost <1dollar)
4c milk= 600calories, 32g protein (75cents)
8tbsp PB= 750calories, 32g protein (.75cents)
thats over 3150 calories and almost 150g protein for less than 3.50Founder of MMDELAD

I find whey is actually the cheapest protein source per $ (if you are buying bulk and the right brand)-->about 60g per $
followed by chicen -->96 grams in 1lb for $1.99-->48g per dollar
then tuna 1 can 25g for $.70-->33g per dollar
of course eggs 84g per dozen for 1 dollar but obviously consuming way more calories to get the proteinFounder of MMDELAD
