Yep yep 154.6lb last week, gonna hit 152.5lb or so this saturday. But next few weeks, weight might go up, or continue going down, cos I might start a cycle of Creatine, I feel so small and weak, need that saturation of muscles.
I should be able to bulk at 140lb-144lb cos that's when I'm supposed to be 10-13% bodyfat, but you never know, might have lost some mass lol due to ultra cut (2lb a week, damn) OH, SO CLOSE, Can't wait!! SO EXCITED. Like a gangster with a new gun.
Anyways, off to Chest day. Oh, how I despise chest day :C Can't wait 'till leg day. Might be able to hit a new PR on deadlift, even while on a cut!

Once again, not looking forward to my weekly weigh in...
Not only have I NOT stooled, but I broke my typical 24+hr Thursday fast yesterday and gave into temptation by getting a pita and putting some of that delishus smelling chorizo and egg on the countertop last night.
WHY CAN'T I POOP REGULARLY!!!! I take psyllium on a daily basis, when I do it's two servings. HALP :'(

I think I might have stalled, even at a 1000 cal deficit... Probably just water retention, as over the period of this week, I ate some real salty food... If it is a stall, only thing I can do is continue and wait for the so called, "whoosh". Hopefully it's only water weight, been counting calories and even if I did cheat, I would still be losing at least 1 lb this week, since my deficit is so harsh.

Pretty good, but you will never be a miscer since you are obviously working legs too
When you planning to bulk? You have a good base right now.
I have been stuck at 211-212lbs a while now....waist is still going down though I take in about 5000 calories in beer in a weekend. If I cut that out I'd be almost guaranteed a pound more a week.

Haha I haven't misced in a while, too much of a time sink lol.
Summer's Jan-Feb for me so I'll be cutting a bit more, my plan is to get down to 140lbs(9lbs to go) by the end of November, eat at maintenance till Xmas to bring my body out of "cutting mode" lol, and try to maintain my bf% low throughout summer.
I'll be drinking pretty much every weekend from New Year's through to February 18th so I think some damage control during the week might be necessary, I know from experience I get fat as fuk during summer if I don't watch myself. After that I'll see where I'm at bf% wise and start bulking at a 250kcal surplus if I'm not >15%.
Beer really is a killer lol, I'm trying to limit myself by not drinking every weekend and when I do drink I only go up to maintenance that day.Brazilian Crew |<o>|

Weekends are tough! Definitely easier to stick to diet during the week.
Had some events, not so good eating + couple drinks. Weighed in this morning at 162.4 gaining 1.2lbs since sitting at 161.2 all of last week..

How much fiber are you getting daily? Getting enough water? Are you eating enough solid foods or more like oatmeal, yogurt, egg whites, etc?
Possible chance of a blockage? "Regular" can be between once every few hours clear up to once every 3-4 days depending on type of food eaten and what not.
If it's been more than 4 days, you could be constipated. If it's been over a week, you should go see a doctor about it.
I finally went to an all you can eat buffet for the first time since April. 7 plates and probably close to 9,000 calories later, I was almost full lol
Actually sat there around 2 hours and ate so much I started sweating....it was awesome
Feeling great after eating way over maintenance, think the most I've done even on a cheat day was like 300 over.
Can't wait to get to the gym in the morning, feels like I could lift the building itself with all the energy I have right now, might try for some PRs.
Other than that, Still got another 14 -15 lbs to go to hit 10% if accurate

Hey Steve what are you using as work out plan? Are you using IF style training as well? I had already started the All-pro and wanted to finish one cycle but do you suggest I keep doing all-pro or switch to lean gains style with reverse pyramids?

I'm actually lifting how I always have in college - and I'm actually considering revamping it.
4-5 sets each with increasing weight: 15,12,10,8
Mon, Thurs - chest, biceps, abs
Wed, Sat - back, triceps, shoulders
I've never trained legs after I injured my back with a heavy squat...and my legs are still ENORMOUS. I think all my noob gains went there when I started lifting, no joke, they look like I train them everyday.
Sorry, but I'm not familiar with the IF style training or All-pro, what do they consist of?
Here are pics of my legs, with ZERO resistance training in over 10 years. I wish all of that was on my upper body instead!
