except my thigh is already 22.5 so I am past that somehow unless I am measuring in the wrong spot.

lol that is pretty depressing. I am not at 8% bf probably more like 10 or 11%. So according to that once I put on another 5 or 10 so pounds of muscle I will be at my natty limit. All my measurements are almost dead on already for what the calculator predicts lols.

Yay I get to look forward to like .2 of an inch on a few body parts then I am at my limit pretty much.

No, you keep lifting and do the best with what you've got. You'll never be jacked like like Arnold, or as shredded as zyzz (While as full), but you''ll look better than 99% of the population and if you do it right, better than some juicers as well.

Haven't read through thread but if you've been lifting for 5+ years you can be very decently sized while having a low bodyfat. Just takes a very long time and you have to be very smart about your diet.

P.S. always tempted to jump on the bicycle. Probably never will for various reasons and deep down knowing that feels bad man.

I think Jeff Seid is the perfect example of someone who has smashed peoples' perceptions on the natural limit when it comes to lifting. In terms of nutrition knowledge, hard work, dedication, dilligence and sacrifice there is no-one out there who compares to Jeff IMO. His work ethic should really be admired as he continues to improve going down the natural route. Jeff is a natural drug tested athlete who competes in drug tested natural competitions alongside other natural drug tested athletes.
