hey guys i was wondering if you could help me out. im a junior just looking to get swole/big/ripped for college coming up. I hit the gym everyday and i feel like im going hard, but i feel like my nutrition is lacking and its hard to eat 6 meals a day b/c of school any tips? anything will help

Eat snacks during the breaks. A protein bar here and there helps.
Honestly though, school isn't an excuse for your lacking nutrition. Some people work 10 hour days and they eat their requirements. Just eat when you can and eat enough.★☆★Juventus★☆★

I wouldnt hit the gym everyday can be counter productive especially when starting out as your body will not be used to the stress on your muscles. And i had the problem with school getting in the way of nutrion with strict rules of only allowed to eat at certain times at my school however best way i found was to make some protein bars or buy if you can. and make some chick/turkey sandwichs as they are quick to snack on it find Good luck Bro

Just carry a shaker with 2 scoops of whey, mix it at breaks or in class. It's easy and you look like a beast doing that.
Pre package some meals one day, make like 6-7 meals, cook when you can but If you don't have time then grab one that you premade.
Protein bars and nuts, trail mix and stuff like that, its not that hard
