I have just begun exercising after a long hiatus due to ankle surgery. I have had bouts of dizziness following my routine. I combine 30 minutes of cardio with about 30 minutes of lifting per day after work. Does this dizziness mean I am working out out too hard, or that I need to provide my body some fuel after my workouts?
