Just wondering. I was making crappy gains when I was on 100gms, and I have increased it to 200gms since then. I have had better gains and I was interested in hearing opinions of others.
How much carbs do you consume (percent OR grams and total cals please)?
For me, it's 200gms out of 2500calories, so that's around 30% carbs, 40% protein and 30% fat.
I was thinking about lowering fat to 25% and increasing carbs to 35%, or maybe 20% fat and 40% carbs.

It depends on the individual, but what I go by usually is 2-3g of protein per body weight, 60-70g fat and the rest carb to make up my calorie intake. It's usually about 450-500g of carb. Personally I think that 200g of carb is not enough on a bulk.. Lower your protein intake maybe and up the carb? Don't be scared of carbs, they're just as important in building mass as protein and fats are. That being said, only you know how your body works.. experiment.. see what gives you best results.

Around 30-40%.
I tried to go on high protein/high fat, but didn't really react well... Got tired almost constantly and stuff.
I'm normally on 25-30% preotein, and balance the rest between carbs and fat.People always complain about their genetics. You can't change that ****, you can't control it. But what you can control, is how hard you work out. You control if someone should beat your ass in the gym.
And I'm not gonna let that happen.

When I go on a heavy-duty bulk, carbs make up about 20% of my daily intake. Its so sad; I bulk on less than 150 grams of carbs, and less than 3000 cals. Cry for me...
