Well it is still early in my usage....but so far one thing that I have noticed is that it does not give me the shakes or headaches or any jittery feelings. <--- That is a huge plus for me, because sometimes I will work out late like tonight I started at 22:15 or I will work out early 06:30ish and I do not want to be all jittery and amped on stims then crash in the middle of the day.

So far Shred X has worked well and given me a boost in energy, I can not comment on fat loss or a drop in BF% yet, but when my botle is finished I will be writing a review.

I also have 4 other HARD Nutriton supps one contains, but I have not started these yet

i actually have done a stack for hard nutrition. I was trying to cut and i was chosen to be one of the testers, if you look under the threads that i started you can find the log and the final review...they gave me the lean stack, a bottle of shred x, quick cleanse, digestive enzymes, test B, and hydrocut...


i took these products for about a month and a half, overall i liked these products, you can tell that the hydrocut shreds the water weight off of you which made my arms look much more defined, the test b gave me good pumps in the gym and i only lost about .3 inches off my arms in a cut which isnt too bad cause i wasnt eating as much
