Your lift numbers are good but you need to eat more man.
"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"
 Hunter S. Thompson
Live fast, die young, and leave a jacked and tan corpse.

You could have gained 20lb "leanish" gains in 9 months bro.
What you should do now is either add more volume for your hypertrophic exercises or switch to a different routine that involves both strength and hypertrophy and then just eat more.
If you ever feel like youre gaining too fast then you can always slow down. But you never know how fast your body will gain muscle until you find out how many calories it takes to start putting on too much fat.
