I just noticed that I have this hard lump on my forearm bone.. It pushes out my skin a bit, and it's pretty noticeable from the right angle. I was having some forearm pain when I was doing biceps the other day (doing curls and whatnot), but I figured that it would go away and eventually toughen my forearms... I wasn't doing ridiculous weight or anything, pretty much 8-10 clean reps.
Should I be worried about this bump? I was reading a bunch of stuff on the internet and I read something about how it can stunt bone growth or something like that... Should I ice it? I'm not drinking crazy amounts of milk or anything like that either so I don't think it is from my diet or anything..
EDIT: I'm only 16 btw..
Any help is appreciated

Dude I have the SAME exact thing on my hand. It is also sort of sore, so if you figure out what it is...let me know haha...
I personally think it is a calcium deposit. I noticed it right when I started bulking up. And since I rely heavily on dairy for my protein intake, I think that's what it is (we are talking I intake like 10-12 servings of dairy a day here haha)Ex Collegiate Distance Runner

No, what it is, is a "Lymphnode. I have one on the back of my neck and one on the top of my wrist. And mine hurt upon pressure. If they are in constant pain, you can have surgery to remove them, over the spand of your life they will shrink, swell up, or sometimes go away. They usually form during an extreme illness/flu is in your body.

I think they're cists not calcium deposits.
