    2 chair dips versus standing dips

    basically i just started working out at home and im curious as to what the differences are - if any - so if anyone can provide that would be greatly appreciated.

    well since your doing dips at home if you get better with them you can put a dumbbell between your thighs make them a bit harder or just rest a plate on top of them depends on what you own. I like to do both the chair dips and the bench dips. Bench dips get yours arms a good stretch out and is good for stability and not so hard on your hands if doing many reps or heavy reps. but i like to crank more weight on with the chair, just preference try them both for sure though.
