well, you notice straight away they have an awesome bond. which imo probably makes roelly push harder cause he wants to perform on her behalf aswell (everyone has a similar feeling about their trainer imo). he trusts her, when i asked about his kcal intake he said "grandma knows"

Well, 12 weeks out it's fine, i would be worried with that conditioning at 3 weeks out though. You have no reason to be flat at 12 weeks out.

i have a test comp in 5 weeks and your upper body goes flat when you train legs (properly)

I thought so, was there a lot or pressure on your knees when doing that? I want to try that next leg day but I have a knee injury and have to stay away from anything that puts lost of pressure on my knees.

ye my knees didn't feel too safe tbh, wouldn't risk it. might've pointed my tips slightly wrong though

Yea figures, if I didn't have knee problems I would def. give that a go. That looks like a sick exercise.
