    2,500 calories, 200g of protein

im trying to find a diet with lower calories, and higher protein. im shooting for 2,500 calories, and 200g of protein. right now my diet is as such:

1 eggs, 3 egg whites, 1 packs of oatmeal, 1 cup of coffee, 1 tblsp of flaxseed oil = 558 calories, 27g of protein, 26g of carbs

potein shake - 200 calories, 22g of protein

4 ounces of chicken, ½ cup of brown rice = 630 calories, 32g of protein, 33g of carbs

4 ounces of chicken, 2 ounces of pasta, ½ cup sauce = 740 calories, 36g of protein, 52g of carbs

4 ounces of chicken, 4 ounce baked potato = 590 calories, 31g of protein, 26g of carbs

protein shake with 2 scoops = 400 calories, 44g of protein.

    calorie total: 3118
    protein total: 191
    carb total: 137

so im trying to cut around 600 calories, and add at least 10g of protein, any advice?

Your macro/calorie estimates seem off...Id double check everything with the actual labels on the food you eat before you decide anything.

This, it looks like what you are eating is not even close to the amount of calories you are saying it is!

Unless you are cooking stuff in EVOO I cant see some of your meals racking up that high

you guys are all completely right, i just checked and i had 1 ounce of chicken as 480 calories when i meant 1 serving of 3 ounces, this brings my total calories down to 2,038 for the day, guess that solves my problem.
