So, I have had a few changes in my lifestyle lately. I have moved to another city, had some stomach problems and stopped working out(for about a month) to name a few. The past 2 weeks I have had to wake up in the middle of the night to go pee. I have NEVER had this problem before but lately is has been an issue for me. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this all of a sudden??

Increased fluid intake? Or at least drinking more later in the evening? Are you taking a fat burner or drinking more tea? Both can function as diuretics.
I always have to get up once during the night.

LOL, I think waking up in the middle of the night to use the restroom is just part of this lifestyle... I usually drink about 1.5 gallons of water a day, so having to pee all the time is inevitable.
It's unfortunate, but you get used to it.Owner, JS Fitness Solutions

is it just in the middle of the night? i usually drink a lot of water in the evening... i wake up too. if its during the day too, and if you have other symptoms, might be a U.T.I (urinary tract infection) but you would probably have some pain with that too....

I drink alot of water but most of it is during the day while I am at work. And it really only bothers me at night. I have had a UTI before, and I do not have any pain associated with peeing... Thank you guys for all the suggestions!!

You stopped working out, for one - which means your fluid intake is probably relatively high compared to how much water you actually process.
But don't cut back on your water - just start working out
It could be that if you're living in a new place and so on then maybe something else is waking you up - and then you realize that you have to go.
- Are you waking up at the same times?
I had that happen to me before - I kept waking up at 1:00 and 4:00 and I had to go every time, drove me nuts for months. Then one night I couldn't sleep and I figured out that the complex's vent system would kick on at those hours.Real women CLEAN with kettlebells

Interesting... That could be. I have never really looked at the time when I wake up. Maybe my cat is scratching on the door or something. I will try to be more aware of it when I wake up at night. Thanks for the tip.
About the working out, I have a stomach problem that is killing me so I want to wait until I know what it is before I put more stress on my body!

So you still have the stomach problem - and now you're peeing frequently during hte night.
Get to a Dr - might be nothing, but you never know - better safe than sorry.Real women CLEAN with kettlebells

Awe!
Don't you hate it when they don't know!!
Ok - that leads me to wonder what kind of Dr you're going to?
Not all Dr's are created equal - some know more than others in certain areas, hence why they specialize.
I'd suggest to call a few from the specialization pool and present them your problem and emphasize that you've been to ___ and he/she said ___ and couldn't help you.
Iguess that's getting a second opinion, isn't it
Ok - why I say that is because when my oldest was 4 he had a nasty infection raging fever, sick as a dog, couldn't eat, and after his first Dr's visit they put him on antibiotics but then the left side of his face swelled up...
Anyway - back and forth, checkups and meds...Then came a dental appointment - routine cleaning - took him there and they found that the source of his infection was a broken molar. They prescribed him the proper antibiotic - infection went away - and they finally took the tooth out.
What his pediatrician didn't figure out was discovered by his dentist.
Sometimes that's how things go - and that's why Dr's should consult specialists if their presented with problems that seem to have no apparent solution.Real women CLEAN with kettlebells

I had that procedure done a couple years ago when having some bad stomach problems. I hope yours goes as easy as mine. That stuff they give you to knock you out was great! I remembered going in to the room for the procedure, but I woke up in the same place I started and asked my husband "when are they going to start?". He thought this was hilarious!!I barely had a sore throat afterwards! The worst part for me was NO FOOD OR WATER after midnight the night before!! Torture to go w/o b'fast and water1 Good luck!

I am pretty well self educated when it comes to GI problems. I have Crohn's disease it took me forever to get diagnosed and I have done alot of reading on all kinds of GI issues.Iif you don't mind me asking what kind of symptoms are you having? Feel free to send me a private message I might be able to help! From my experience doctors can be very frustrating!
