    Eating 6-8 Cayenne Peppers Daily

So i have been reading alot about the health benefits of eating cayenne peppers. Most notably the weight loss benefits. I started growing my own peppers in my yard this summer, and they actually sprouted pretty good. I have been eating 6-8 of these things for the last month and i lost an extra 4 lbs. as opposed to the previous month. Now granted it could have been due to alot of factors but i tried to keep my routines and eating habits close to the same. On a side note I have built up a strong immunity to cayennes and they only tingle as much as a jalapeno would now. I may try switching to thai chilis or habaneros. Also in closing its a great way to get your daily water needs in too.
    Go big or go home!

    wieght loss benefits GTFO

you know there was a wieght loss due in rats for eating hot peppers cause it causes their body to heat up almost like a thermogenic but was completley inconclusive in humans

eat a But Jalokia pepper then start talkin!

Edit : I am all for hot peppers and their health benefits but wieght loss - COME ON!

The "Weight Loss" from spicy food comes from the Diarrhea.

Your intestines get irritated from the pepper, hot sauce.. whatever, and try to flush it out/dilute it with excess water.

So it's almost dehydrating. But good for cutting, I think.

The capsaicin in peppers does temporarily speed up your metabolism. It's not bad to have a few peppers a day but going out of your way to eat peppers can be very bad for your stomach.

Just made a spicy Jamaican Jerk rub yesterday with some dried Chipotle and cayenne peppers. Spicy stuff but tasty. Ever since I lost all this weight, my acid reflux has gone away and I can finally enjoy spicy foods again. Bring on the heat!

I use a weapon-grade pepper spray, spray that on my face everytime I work out. It contains more capsicum that those sissy peppers you guys eat.
