Surgeon did great job hiding cut in your skin fold. When they tell you to put ointment/cream on it, keep after it, hydration of the scar helps it heal nicer. At least that has been my experience. Hoping speedy recovery.

That is awesome! Great write up.

Long day, guy in Jaguar splits car in half on a light pole. Had to supervise getting the pole out of the cars passenger seat so we could get the road open again. Bad neighborhood, two guys get into argument down street, get freaky with guns. Barricade themselves in their houses. Two SWAT teams deploy while we trying to get pole out of car.

Alright now though food is in belly, heading out to the garage to pick up heavy stuff and put it back down for a while.

That's quite an incision. I really wish MDs would take more care when closing a wound though. We need to help you find a better cover story. I'm thinking knife fight? Attacked from behind? Glad you're doing okay. Hope you're not on the sidelines too long.

I love DTP. Actually I love all of Kris Gethin's stuff, his videos are what got me started into consistent exercising last January. I did DTP for 5 weeks when he released the video trainer this past August. Dramatic Transformation Principle is not a lie, probably some of the best results I've had over a 5 week span.

I'm actually about to start a few weeks of it today!

SOOOOO had an epic run last night, the kind where while you are running you feel great then after you run you feel like you are going to take over the world and restart you life and be that AWESOME super human that you want to be. WELL, then I woke up this morning to lift and my body was like, WHY in the heck did you make me run last night? As of this morning my knee and ankle on the same side that I broke my foot on are super sore and well "not happy" I still feel like I am kind of back on track though to get after it for the rest of this comp and hopefully the rest of my life ;o)

    Hope everyone is doing well!

I'm also starting to see some vascularity so even though my weight isn't moving like I want...the bodyfat is coming off. After Saturday it's back to clean eating, protein shakes and showing my body who is boss.

You guys are doing great and I can't wait to see everyone at the end with goals achieved and new goals set.

My next goal is doing my first show in the Spring. Anyone else plan on doing their first competition in 2013?
Very motivating my friend!!! Keep up the good work!

Big time DOMS from a good chest workout last night.

A leangains style intermittent fast got me through to noon, and ran an easy deficit for the day, with a 5k thrown in for good measure.

Also, for your consideration, has anyone ever tried coconut oil in their coffee? Sounds crazy but I did it today and it was delicious!
