OK I know this is a bit TMI, but occasionally I've had this happen to me. I'd say for about the 3rd time in a month. When I go use the washroom, not only do I have diarrhea, but there's food still intact in the stool so much that I can tell what food it is. It's like it hasn't even been digested at all.
This has happened to me with at least 3 foods I know of; corn, lettuce, and this time blueberries.
is this a serious problem? never happened to me until a couple of months ago.

You can't digest cellulose which is in plants. Most notably would be corn shells. I think u should be ok. Just drink alot so u don't get dehydrated while having the runs
