danny , lots of factors will determine how much the total is after 25 years, like if you contribute the money at the beginning of the contribution period or the end or it , i would say the number will be anywhere from $420,000-$455,000 after 25 years. I have something just like this going with a slightly lower annual contribution but a slightly higher annual interest rate and mine comes out to about $450,000 after 25 years. Either way its a ****load of money to put aside for your family and yourself for retirement. Also here is a link you can fool around with http://www.moneychimp.com/calculator...calculator.htm

In the ER with a potentially torn calf on my good leg. Blacked out trying to load the second atlas stone. Video will be up later. Overall was an awesome day.

Partially torn right soleus, a ton of bruising since the stone fell on my quad from the lip of the box. More importantly I sadly didn't place. I'll be fine in no time, no bone no ligament no worries.

Are you gays (that's not a typo) ****ing kidding me? We can talk for pages and pages about fruity beers, cold weather, and whether or not a rack is to blame for the worst walkout in the history of the world, but when one of the regulars posts an Elite total going and gets hurt in the process, he gets one follow up comment about how he should have a fruity beer? Have some respect for the sport you claim to care about and acknowledge one of the top 5 lifters that posts here with at least a Good Luck.

That sucks. The 1 good thing I got going for me in sports/lifting is I've never gotten injured. Never broken a bone or rolled an ankle or torn a muscle anything. That and my dedication makes me believe I will eventually catch up and surpass my friends who are stronger than me.
Haha, it's awesome how The Stig is still getting sh!t for his walk out. And yea it sucks you got hurt Dan, but I'm sure you will bounce back stronger than ever.1372 @ 205

I'm hoping to maintain around 200 without going up any pant sizes.
I hope your back heals up quickly, so you can get that 1700 total.
I picked up an ostrich egg today while on my way to Mesa, AZ. My mother-in-law has already agreed to cook it up for me along with other goodies.Total's = Jan. 2012 - 1036 @ 198's

I think I'm slowing killing myself by not getting enough oxygen because my nose is always so stuffed up.
I don't care.
