Recently I read up about the strongest girl in the world. I thought she would be jacked up or something, it turns out she looks pretty normal. This leads me to think that strength does not depend entirely on your muscle mass. Abnormal muscles? Better nerves? Constant hysterical strength? Tell me what you think.

Im guessing the 770 pound statement is her combined big 3 which is not complete insane by any measure but would probably make her the strongest 7th grade girl in the world.
Edit: nm lol that site is a crock of ****, apparantly she lifted 770 pounds in the form of 3 people and 3 kettlebells at one time but then there are pictures of her visibly straining while deadlifting 245 pounds, you be the judge lulz.
