Just on the basic of focus and strength, what is the best pre-workout formula? I've tried nano vapor, no explode, and superpump 250. nano vapor worked great for 2 or 3 weeks then completely stopped doing anything except making me sick. NO explode's effects diminished as well. Superpump seems to be the best so far, but would like more energy/focus.

Core Zap is incredible for focus in the gym. It comes with a nice energy boost, but for me the real kicker is the insane focus I get from it. With geranium and sulbutiamine, its not hard to see why.
The New CORE ABC Flavors Are Here. Lemonade and White Cherry. Natural Coloring and a Sweetner Change.
Core ZAP now with 25% more geranium and NO CHANGE IN PRICE!

I am not sure how PEA or White Flood will lead to strength gains really. The focus might be good though.
For an increase in strength you will most likely want something with creatine...Flood does have a small dose of Beta Alanine in it, so as long as you are dosing with 3-4 grams BA more than flood is could potentially lead to some strength gains.
My recommendation would be Ragnarok or Cryoshock, as both are fairly completely formulas. Cryoshock gives great focus, but overall I believe Ragnarok is the better product.

The best two for strength in my opinion are Beverly International Up-Lift and Bulldozer XL5000 from Neuro Research Group. Both do not use proprietary blends, high quality and clean products. I also tried NOW PRO-GH as a night time formula and it works great with either one. Up-Life is Creatine Free, while Bulldozer uses CreaPure.
