    Talking need help please

    Can any one at all give me a routine at home plz im 16 and im going to join the army some time this year and i want to gain muscles and look ripped i eat vegtables and fruit all the time and drink water all the time and i just need a routine ive got 2 dumbells and a pull up bar and i will even buy a barbel if i have to thnkz to anyone who can help change my life tnkz
