maybe you have either gentically puffy nipples, or you could have gynecomastia. Gyno is when you have basically male breasts and/or an enlarged gland underneath the nipple this could cause the areola to pop out making it point out.

i had that in 8th grade lol, and haven;t had it since, i started working out.. about 6years ago, you have high body fat and a weak chest..

Well i only started to notice it now on the last weekend of my bulk. It could be the excess fat or something that im about to lose. My chest is not weak though so its not that. I googled gyno.. definitely not that lol.

i used to have that kinda but that was when i was fatt, like 265 and no muscle but i went down to 180 and it went away no im at 227 around there since i started lifting and it never came back but my body fat is 16% before like 35%
weight 222lbs
goal: 240lbs then cut to 210lbs,
you gotta try before you fail,

i have the same problem to a lesser extent. My nipples poke through the really thin tight tees. Solution: wear a black one instead of white and nobody will see it.
Of course we're talking about the tip of the nipple right? not like drooping gyno.
