I'm planning to add a bcaa supplement to my supplement stack and these are the options available to me:-
1)ON BCAA 5000 powder
2)Scivation Xtend
3)USP labs modern BCAA
4)Muscle FX BCAA
Please suggest me the best one out of these only because I have only these available at nearby stores. Also tell me when should I take the one you suggest...

Thanks for the support guys.. lol i guess some people missed this part "and these are the options available to me" and "Please suggest me the best one out of these only because I have only these available at nearby stores."
Xtend is a good product, 7g of BCAAs and has sum other perks like Citrulline Malate, Electrolytes and people luv the taste New version is awesome, out of that list many will agree Xtend is the best option. Variety Stick Packs coming soon Xtend is formulated to get the most of your workout, i do 2 scoops intraworkout.. you can have another serving inbetween meals if you want. This. Out of those choices its a no brainer Xtend is hands down superior. Even if you had access to the full spectrum of BCAA products, Xtend still sits atop many.
Instanized aminos, bonded citrulline, b6, glutamine and electrolytes makes it the complete workout nutrition to support resistance or cardio needs.
Not to mention, when you buy from Scivation you have the assurance that the ingredients are of the highest quality and we always meet label claims. We have very strict guidelines for our products and constantly test our products to ensure the profiles are being met.

Threads pop about this from time to time. From what the VP, Rob, told me they released the info they felt was needed and wont go into any more detail. They do not feel the need to reiterate something over and over after it was released. If I can find the email that was sent to me on the info of the BCAA source I will attach the info in here.

Of those listed I'd go with Xtend.

you dont need that extra stuff, its nice, sure, do you need it ? Nope, the three main amino acids that stimulate musclegrowth is what bcaa's are about and have been for years.
I can tell you for certain any bcaa is effective as long as its quality ingredients. Sure xtend is good, if you want to save money and still want a great taste go with recoverpro. and save a lot of money 125 servings for 32 $ dayuuum.
also look at my body and look and yours DAS, recoverpro works better hehehe just kidding with ya brah=)Disclaimer: The above post is my personal opinion and does not represent the official position of any company or entity. It does not constitute medical advice.

"need" is such a strong word.. one could say its even subjective and varies from person to person.. for example i could say "do you even need added flavors on bulk BCAAs?"..there are a lot of options out there, for the money and what youre getting Xtend still a good deal.. you get what you're paying for... i dont know if you read the OP but clearly Recoverpro wasnt an option.
