Edit: saw you say he will be able to hang with him in another post. Yes, bodybuilding is not about who is the biggest, but it does count for something, especially in modern times besides last year. Kai will be better than phil come olympia time.

unlike dennis wolf, kai IS complete. he's not missing any body parts. his conditioning is elite. he rarely if ever comes in off. he's got better parts than heath and heath has better parts than him. it's going to come down to the required poses, and those are going to be MUCH closer than the heath mob is willing to admit.

I agree it can be close because of Kai's insane size with insane conditioning.
But Phil looks better overall,better flow,better lines,better muscle bellies,much prettier physique,much more polished.

Kai is not complete,he lacks trap and upperback thickness,rear delt and side delts thickness and sweep. His waist is horrendus and his physique flow and lines are ugly as fukk...

Pose by pose,Kai does win some i guess. Rear lat spread,probably front lat spread as well,side chest.

Phil will win Back double biceps because of his complete developed back and insane detail,side-tri,most-muscular & Abs & thight...

Overall Phil and Dex look way better then Kai and will only profit of having an physique similar,pushing the battle for the Top 2 between them...

Kai real challenger is Jay for the third place...

Let me just start by saying that as far as people can tell, Kai should be the favorite against Phil. Kai at this years Arnold beats Phil's O', which is the most recent contest shape we have seen from him. I am a huge Phil fan, but people give Dex no credit, and assume far too much with Phil. Will he be great, yes, but did he make insane gains to "dominate" the O' field this year, unlikely. Enough about that crap though, because this thread is about Kai, and that is an awesome routine to an awesome song. I definitely hope Kai brings it back for the O', and I would guess from this, and Kai's general interest in dance, that Michael Jackson is a big influence of his. Also props have to go out to this show for letting Kai do a 3+ minute routine. I hated when the Arnold cut his music, so retarded. If bodybuilding is going to gain any audience it is going to be with the night shows and routines.

This post is bang on.

Kai is better than Heath when you break down the mandatories. Sure Phil is prettier, but Kai brings the total package with some seriously standout body parts (legs and back), incredible condition and the ability to display his attributes to their fullest potential.

It's his O to lose this year.
