24" bicep, kind of... and it's part of strongman I guess....

Well, it's not how i'd want to accomplish it, but my right bicep measures about 24" right now...

Last tuesday I was benching ( because I can't squat with the other injury described below ) and on the eccentric portion of the movement I felt something pop in my bicep near where it attaches under pec minor. It didn't start bruising until last friday. I still can't believe it happened benching.

Not only that, but I competed a week ago. Crappy video but here it is anyway....

Where I hurt my foot on the yoke walk ( I pulled my plantar fascia where it attaches at the front of my arch ). The injury happened at about 1/4 of the way through the event, I'm convinced it's because it's really hard to find good shoes in size 16. I guess no more doing yard work barefoot. Crap

At least I won my division.

Thanks. Weird thing is that the bicep is not painful in the least, and I have complete full range of motion.

    Congrats on winning your class.
Both foot anxd bicep look rough. Crazy the bicep doesn't hurt.
I couldn't imagine pulling the plantar fascia. What is the recovery process for something like that?

Is that a pec tear? From the injury you described, kinda sounds like the tendon tore off the humerus. Hope you heal up soon.
