Cooked Poultry, Leftover
Pieces, plain : 3 to 4 days
Storage conditions and other factors can swing it a day or so in either direction. Use that, your taste buds and your nose as your guide. It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon
