She has figured my macros, I don't know what they are, and plan to keep it that way. I am just trying to do what she tells me (I have a nasty habit of not doing that with people. lol). The plan isn't that strict (posted in my journal), but food choices are fairly limited. We are still in the feeling out stage, so when she gets a better idea of what I like/don't like then we may be able to incorporate other foods. I think her initial diet plan for me is something that should have been implemented a bit further down the road, but again, it's not horrible. I just don't see any room to cut later on. Oh well, again, just trying to do what I'm told and trust the process.

My true wish is to lift my own bodyweight in the form of a pullup. Since that is not happening by tomorrow, I will settle for 3x10x135 pendlay rows (I'm working back this afternoon). Oh, and to not die from doing my crossfit workout tomorrow, when it's supposed to be the coldest its been all year and possibly snow. (btw, the workout is 1mile run, 100 pushups, 200 squats, 300 sit-ups, 1 mile run) Merry Christmas to me. lol.
