    Lacrosse, MMA and football

Any lacrosse players? Does anyone know how to add some more power into my shot? I have good stance but an ok follow through.

also, anyone familiar with any good long snapping techniques for football apart from the standard lsnap?

I fight MMA and practice Army Combatives, and I really love it. Any fellow fighters?

for shot power all you can do is shoot shoot shoot shoot. a stronger back helps but shooting is all about technique and practice.

pretty much the same goes for long snapping, practice practice practice, there is no secret to it.

I think doing a lot of chops and lifts in a stacked split stance will help you the most. Rotary stability is key for sports such as hockey, baseball, lacrosse.

Increase the whip in your lacrosse head. Improve technique. Practice shooting on the run. Practice time and room shots over and over.

    Shoot sidearm, lmao.

Yeah, over hand shots, extend arms out as far as possible, and practice, also work on using your whole body, hips, arms, legs, ect. Watch some videos on shots, and practice both hands, when you improve your opposite, you'll feel better with both. Remember to wall ball too, shots mean nothing if you can't pass or catch, and find a friend to play defense on you, it helps. Remember to also have accuracy down before you start thinking about ripping a Paul Rabil, because there is no point in a fast shot if you can't make a good shot.

One last thing. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE it's all I do, and I'm definitely better everyday from it.
