I take 10 grams of Creatine Monohydrate every day, and never cycle off. This isn't counting the creatine I am getting through my diet or preworkouts. You are fine, you can take creatine all ****in day if you want, so long as you have the muscle mass to take it in and the water intake to deal with it.

As others have commented, you would need to at least triple the amount of creatine to get the recommended dosage.
OP, yes, get a bulk creatine so that you can add a few grams of creatine to your daily shake. by the way, optimum serious mass is a ton of calories...you got anything against eating your calories?

its a ton of calories but 15lb of the stuff is only 16 servings
oats
whey
milk
peanut butter
will be far cheaper, same amount of cals and you will get more servings + you could just add creatine to that first thing in the morning
just a suggestionA Bodybuilding soldier will fight long and hard for a bit of colored ribbon.

That was the downside to serious mass, but when I used to consume it I would only use one scoop not two and only take on days I lifted. One scoop equaled 650 calories, then with milk, eggs, added peanut butter, and maybe a little ice cream, I waas well above 1000 calories for my pwo shake. That helped to make the 10 lb bag last a wee bit longer.

I'm currently using usn anabolic mass which is a weightgainer similar to serious mass , but you get 26 servings out of 4kg which still isnt as good as normal protein, around 600 calories per serving but i had a little extra cash.
definately going back to whey when i run out, the shake i suggested earlier used to add up to 938 calories sunflower oil would knock it up to arround 1138 its just down to what you prefer, i cant mix the ananolic mass with the oats and peanut butter as i tried it and if tastes like ****!!!!!A Bodybuilding soldier will fight long and hard for a bit of colored ribbon.

Sorry dude but mutant mass is the best out there for the price, all weight gainers are the same so why pay more? Anyways, i never said it had creatine in it..can't you read? I said + BULK creatine monohydrate which you could get both for probably the same price as one tub of optimum serious mass
