You may be right about that. Hard to post biceps and feel good after seeing BH's pic. Man has some insane guns.

i wish i could say i was working on bi's like that but that will never happen for me. my arms are just built totally different he not only put a lot of work in on those but is lucky to have the build like that to get the look he has with the crazy peak.

i wish i could say i was working on bi's like that but that will never happen for me. my arms are just built totally different he not only put a lot of work in on those but is lucky to have the build like that to get the look he has with the crazy peak.

Some people actually do not like the high insertion point on the bi. I have high biceps too...(can fit 2 fingers in between elbow crease and peak). I never liked having bi's like this. They never look real big and full, unless flexed. In a t-shirt they are not all that impressive or full looking.

That is why I always pose with my fists forward, to make my bi's look fuller. I never realized this, but someone pointed it out to me that from a bodybuilding perspective, it looks better to turn hands in. I was always self conscious about my arms looking smaller like that....Just goes to show...

Actually I prefer the look of a well developed long bicep. But it takes a lot more to obtain the fullness required.

Thanks guys. I don't want to go into detail. I've had surgery, I'm healing well, and my doctor says that the goal of the chemo is to cure me (not "control" it or slow it down). I'm just focused on getting better right now.

It definitely puts things in perspective. The things that I used to think were big problems for me seem so insignificant now.
