5 Year transformation

Hey guys, my transformation is epic or anything, but I think it's pretty good and I thought I'd share it with you guys.
Before: 160 lbs, 5'6, BF% ??
Now: 154 lbs, 5'10, BF ??(13?)
I only started training seriously one month ago, and dieting as well.
However, my eating habits changed over the years.
In the before picture, I used to eat 2 double cheeseburgers, 6 chicken mcnuggets, 1 oreo mcflurry and 1 yogurt parfait. That was daily too.

Very nice, dude. Congratulations You're probably a little under 13% assuming you're not flexing since you can see the top of your abs fairly clearly. I'd guess 11.5 < you < 12.8

Considering your age. Thats excellent. Keep lifting heavy and you'll get swole fast

I was that fat as a kid. I know where it leads to. As JUSA (below) said, he'd be way heavier. From my own experience I'd say he'd be in the 220's by now. Massively good job. And coming at a good time too, doing this doing puberty is bound to have prevented some negative life-long effects.

Piss off, he's a kid and growing. If he'd kept those proportions, he'd been over 200. The pics themselves show how great of progress he made. Negs on recharge.
