    Question Pounds per inch

I am 5 10 200 pounds at about 23% body fat I've lost about 40 so far and can really tell since all my pants fall off. I just started actually measuring myself and was wondering if anyone has an estimate of how many pounds of fat it would take to loose an inch off my waist? my waist is 40 inches now and I don't have much under the fat. I know it's not possible to give an exact answer just looking for an estimate.

You can get some pretty good ideas by inputting your measurements here:

You could then subtract an inch off your waist and use the calculator to help work out the math for you.

I seemed to lose an inch with every 6 pounds or so.I started with a 56-58" waist at 342lbs now at 231lbs it is 39"
You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

David Brent: 'If you want the rainbow, you got to put up with the rain'. Do you know which philosopher
said that? Dolly Parton. And people say she's just a big pair of tits.
