19yo - 190lbs 6"
Sorry for crappy cam quality guys.. Some background info - turned 19 few weeks ago, been training for aproximately 8 months now. I have always had a athletic physique so you could say i had a good base to start off with..

Im pretty happy with the way im progressing right now (aside from my v. crappy chest which just doesnt seem to grow due to poor genetics ).. Any suggestions or advice would be very helpful on overall improvement..

yeh it sucks man.. gota keep going at it i guess - at one point i got some good growth but lately its just getting dwarfed by arms and shoulders it looks pretty disproportional and the crap thing is chest day is probably my best workout..
