    Red face Penis guard?

    Hi,

    I was told today by a friend that if I do heavier lifting (ie. squats) then I should be wearing some sort of a penis guard to protect it from dislodging or something along those lines? I know this is an awkward question, but is this true? Do I need to get one of these? If so from where?

    Yes this is true. Most major lifting suppliers carry penis guards. If you go without one you will probably be alright on lighter sets, but when you go a little heavier there is a risk the penis cartilidge will dislodge from the pelvic retainer and hyper extend.     My personal trainer told me that you cannot dislodge your penis when it is erect. He said I should never squat heavy without a boner, unless I had a penis guard. They aren't that easy to get here tho'. So I just carry a porn mag around and make sure I get a hard-on before going for that heavy set. Worked fine until now.

    When I'm wearing my penis guard, it keeps my turgid member from assisting as a spotter on heavier sets, so I opt to lift without one most of the time

    I thought it was the position of my feet but i feel it around my pelvic region.

    150 lbs is not much but at your age the penis is still developing and not fully secured, and if you are feeling your penis starting to dislodge, by all means get yourself a quality guard.
