    how much does an ez curl bar weigh?

    How much exactly cuz ppl keep telling me 15 22 25 and all around there so does anyone know? and its a good ez curl bar the kind with the big ends
    you can usually think of at least 100 reasons why you should stop, but theres always one reason why you should keep going.

    Your gym probably has a scale, so just weigh it. That's what I did and it proved most of the people in the gym who I asked wrong.

    Since there was a whole thread of monkeys that insisted 15lbs......I weighed it today.
    22.8lbs
    Obviously different brands are going to have different weights, why not weigh the one you use so you have an accurate weight with you lifting?

    The one in my gym weighs 25lb. according to the electronic scale we have. The same gym that's 5 miles away has EZ-bars that weight anywhere from 15-25lb. and also varying lengths.
