Almost sh*t my pants when I saw his age. Damn bro, u are lookin incredible...what kind of training do you credit your strength/size gains to??
Edit: I know how much hard work it must take to achieve your results.....Seriously jelly...No nut hug...and I don't wanna sound like im saying all your gains are due to a training program (it may have sounded like that with my original post) cause obviously that isn't the case...the hard work shows....just curious to see what you do in the gym.....

babyslayer stop being a ******* and post your old lifting vids ITT. Some of these guys are extremely unaware.
one of my favs is the squat vid where you flipped the bench before lifting and the girl was like "wtf" in the background lmao"There is no such thing as over training, you can only under eat." - Jay Cutler

haha happy everybody saw this and babyslayer got some good attention for his sick cut - he's too modest to brag needs somebody to brag for him. Especially since he still is an over 700 pound deadlifter. And anyone who thinks he just has awesome genetics really needs to listen to his late night rambling video http://www.youtube.com/user/geoleema.../0/RpSKnm4yNtc

dude, get your name out there, go to some shows and check it out, meet people..
DO NOT go the PH route..
PH is amateur hour..all the sides and shutdown from AAS, and none of the benefits.
SKIP THEM.
Find yourself a mentor, I dunno where you live but its not too hard
someone might take a look at you and do it for free lol

Damn babyslayer. Good phuckin lifts, you must look like a damn truck. how'd you get such a big total man? i'm 6'3 as well, and i'm finding it im-freaking-possible to get past some of these sticking points. It might be because i'm also on my cut but still. I heard before on how you got to 385 for your bulk. Dedication at its finest.

haha, yeahh i remember those days. sick on storm is still around actually, just on youtube, and he hasn't changed a bit.
thanks man
thank you!
wide stance box squats, good mornings, and romanian deadlifts only going down to mid shin, and leg curls
get very strong on those, while also using high volume, and gain a lot of weight
hams come up fast, because they gain strength fast, your lucky to be quad dominant.
thanks!
thanks man
to answer your question, generally, i attribute my gains to A: gaining roughly a lb a week for 4 years. and B: training my self into the floor, with high volume, heavy weight, and high frequency, during that time frame.
on the other hand, it also led to a lot of injuries, and joint/tendon aches and pains.
my thought process was to give my body 2 options, adapt, or die. i would try to train with enough weight/volume/intensity/frequency, that my body would categorically be forced to change, or else it would just crumble.
i would often train the same muscle group, for 3-14 days in a row, followed by enough time off to recover. i would stack the same muscle group multiple days in a row, like people would do extra sets.
i built up a huge work capacity, and trained my muscles to get used to recovering more often, and so i could train heavier, higher volume, more frequently, coupled with weight gain. the results were i made gains very fast.
so summing up, making the largest amount of progress in the shortest period of time, is just as simple as beating on your body as hard as you can, while still having enough time to recover/grow in that time frame. that you can be much harder on your self than you think, and handle much more volume/frequency, as long as you are gaining weight, and periodically take time off to super compensate.
generally its hard to sum it all up.
haha, thanks man
thank you.
as i started seeing my body change from dieting, i started to realize how i could mold who i was as a person by making decisions and sticking to them, and i decided that the most important thing i could do for my body/life, was to change my attitude, and try to act like the people i admire, not just from a physical/looks stand point, but to become a higher quality human being.
no joke, i sleep better at night, and feel better through out the day. feels like i have cut back on the negative energy i gave out to the world, and increased the positive.
thanks!
lol, will do in a second
i have considered it lol, maybe even just move to texas and cross the border on a regular basis.
LOL
way to build me up man!
i will probably only use prohormones one last time, because i already have them. but after that i will just go with the legit stuff.
thanks man, hopefully il live up to the hype lol
^^ glad you guys liked it

I don't see how prohormones are natural. That's all. Disagreeing with someone isn't enforcing an idea upon them. I'm entitled to my opinion as are you. I don't think that most would consider prohormones natural.
Taken from Androcycle.com: "M-Drol is the generic name for the anabolic steroid Superdrol, which is a synthetic illegal substance that will show up on numerous drug tests and also could have the potential to do major bodily harm to people who don’t use it properly."
Babyslayer, keep doing your thing. I'm in no way taking anything away from what you've accomplished.1708 total @220 Raw
Improve my total every time I step on the platform.
